Dit het my vanoggend laat wakker word met die gedagte van Kos sponsies in ons dieetwereld , en wat gebeur as ons die genoeg kos sponsies inkry nie -HARDLYWIGHEID!!!!EINA!

Een van die bekendste newe effekte van die Banting en Ketogeniese dieet waarmee baie mense sukkel is hardlywigheid. In vergelyking met die voordele van die ketogeniese dieet vir ‘n kind met epilepsie is hardlywigheid eintlik niks en ‘n probleem wat maklik oorkom kan word met die korrekte leefstyl veranderinge en aanvullers of hulp middels .

 Some people are always sick, while others seem to never need a doctor.

                                The difference between the two likely has to do with their immune system.

          by making some adjustments in your lifestyle and diet! 

 

 

1. Eat healthy foods. The food you eat has much to do with your health. Avoid foods that are high in fat and empty calories, such as fast foods, fried foods and refined foods. 3. Get enough sleep. When you sleep, hormones are released that help your body repair, rebuild and recover. If you continually do not get enough sleep, your immunity can be compromised. According to the Centers for Disease Control, adults should get 7 to 9 hours of sleep a night.

 

4. Exercise. Exercise offers a number of benefits. It helps keep weight under control, increases mobility, improves circulation, improves brain function and boosts the immune system. Aim for 30 minutes of exercise on most days of the week. It can be something as simple as brisk walking.

 

5. Keep your stress levels under control. Avoid high anxiety and stressful situations by partaking in relaxation activities such as playing with the kids, watching a relaxing movie, spending time with friends etc.

 

6. Have a positive attitude. If you are always complaining, always negative and always expect that things are bad and only getting worse, you run the risk of compromising your immune system. Instead, think positive!!!

 

7. Keep your hands clean. Germs spread when you contact them with your hands and touch your face. Wash your hands thoroughly, especially after coming in contact with someone who is sick.

It is well-established that carrots are a healthy food. They contain many important nutrients—beta carotene and other carotenoids, B vitamins, vitamin C, the minerals calcium and potassium, and much more.

Of all of these, it is beta carotene that traditionally has received the most attention.
